About 10am last Thursday 12 July I received a phone-call from Vince Siemer
(see photo). He was calling from a prison cell below the High Court in
Auckland. And so began the latest Chapter in a modern Odyssey whereby
Aucklander Michael Stiassny has used all the forces at his disposal -
which appear to include Lawyers through City Councellors to High Court
Judges and everything in between - to silence Vince Siemer.
So what's so important that Vince Siemer has to be thrown into prison for
a civil action?
