The former owner, Tranz Rail, no longer exists. Nominations must relate only to Toll and 2004. The former Tranz Rail remains, permanently, in the Hall of Shame and is ineligible for nomination.   Judging:   The judges are: John Minto, Alister Barry, Maire Leadbeater and Edwina Hughes. They will be given a shortlist of 8-9 nominations from which to make their decision. The winner(s) will be announced in early 2005   Nominations:   You can nominate the same transnational corporation as last year as long as the nomination is about their misdeeds in 2004. Please send as much detail as you have, including press cuttings and reports, but you do not have to do all the research. Just quote sources if you can.   Nominations close on October 31, 2004.
