What is Naked Broadband

It is a term you'll be hearing a lot more about. Naked Broadband refers to the providing of a broadband internet connection without the phone connected. That is, you can have Broadband over your phone line without also paying for a connected phone. PlaNet now provides this service. Currently only Full speed plans are available

You will be contacted by our Technician as to your start date and login details. Depending on your location you will be classed as either Urban or Rural there is a difference in pricing between them see below.
When making your application to sign up we will contact you to advise which group you fall into before proceeding with the application. As a general rule all citys and most large towns are urban, every where else falls into the Rural group.

Terms of Payment is monthly in advance by bank A/P if you do opt for annual payment which we discourage, there is no refund if you cancel the service at any time during the billed period.

Any account that falls one months behind in payment will, after we have tried contacting the account holder be disconnected, and the debt handed to our debt recovery service.

In the unlikely event that your debt should be sent to our debt recovery service, please note that all costs incurred in recovering the outstanding debt will be at your cost.
