The following pieces of info regarding the WPG election challenge are

What is pivotal is the definition of 'privatisation'. We believe that
public-private-partnerships (PPPs) are the answer to the corporates dreams.
Without owning the asset, corporations can still make private profit from
public infrastructure, while claiming that it isn't 'privatisation' because
ownership of the asset is still in public hands.

Is this the second wave of 'Rogernomics?' This is a huge story, just
waiting to be told.
