 WHAT: Public Forum: World Trade Organisation and General Agreement

 Trade in Services (WTO and GATS) Who needs them? and why? A

 WHY: Too few understand the scope of GATS To provide an opportunity 
                  for
 specific interest or community groups to present their views 
                  and dialogue
 with you after Forum's panelists have set the scene and shared 
                  their
 expertise. To promote informed debate on the many issues surrounding 
                  GATS.
 
 WHEN: Tuesday, 27 May, 2003, 7.30pm.
 
 WHERE St Columba Centre, 44 Vermont St, Ponsonby, with masses 
                  of free
 parking........
 
 WHO: Public - the more comers the better....... Any person or 
                  community
 group with interest in a specific service eg arts and culture, 
                  health,
 mail, water, transport, local body powers etc is welcome to 
                  share material
