                  Afghanistan is now being systematically demonised, yet only 
                  a week ago it was ignored. In the interests of justice facts 
                  must be brought out, and the greatest fact of life - discovered 
                  by the great German philosopher Hegel and subsequently adopted 
                  by all those who profess rational thought - is that history 
                  provides the stage for the present. To ignore history or distort 
                  it is to blunder blindly into the future in the grip of fear 
                  and anger, the formula for catastrophe.

                  war and hunger and 60 others will have become refugees in other 
                  countries. This article is intended to describe the reasons 
                  for this mortality and emigration. If this bitter subject is
